Mikey Needleman

Mikey Needleman has been performing professionally around the midwest for over 7 years but has been performing with the Mikey Needleman Band for since Summer of 2006. Since the addition of the other members of the band, Mikey rarely plays solo as the sound of the Mikey Needleman Band is so much more than Mikey could have imagined. Bill Hurrelbrink on bass, Lance Pollard on Lead Guitar, and Vince Kirk on drums makes up the band. Bill and Mikey had shared the stage with other projects numerous times before getting together in the band.

The Mikey Needleman Band is a band that is always working on the connection between the music, the fans, the sound, the style and the energy. Playing over 120 shows a year, MNB will not ever be satisfied until every ear has heard, every neck has banged and every mouth has sung along. Stay tuned as the Mikey Needleman Band continues to drop jaws and turn heads in every venue they plug into.

In the spring of 1995, Mikey was given his first guitar and he taught himself everything he heard. A few years later, Mikey taught himself to play drums, bass, keys, and any other instrument he could get his hands on. Although at first being self taught was viewed as hindering Mikey's potential, it has shown to stimulate Mikey's creativity in an unbaised and uninfluenced way. Mikey has played in many bands in his 14 years of musical creativity but is most dedicated to his current role as the Lead Singer/Rhythm Guitarist and front man for The Mikey Needleman Band. Never has everything been so set up for Mikey and he is very excited to see what is in store for him. "I just want to play music for as many people as possible," Mikey says, "but in the end, it's really not my call..."

Josh is the unsung hero of MNB, producing the past two records and adding the "gloss" to any live performance! Although he stays busy with Joyce Meyer Conferences and other national touring acts, Josh has brough MNB to a new level of professionalism.

A surprise addition to the Mikey Needleman Band experience, Maddie has shown her diverse talent around Kansas City playing classical to hip-hop and can add flavor to any genre. Maddie also plays regionally with the Trans Siberian Orchestra.
